If I could give zero star I would, I happened to be outside when They picked up my trash in Newport, I always put my trash in a stronger bag because stray cats dig through the cheap orange bags they give us, anyhow the owner who drives jumped out of the truck and screamed at me, that the bag could not be put inside the orange bag, he would not let me try, and it was aggressive and rude.. Stay away from this company go with Sylvester's..I was about ready to call the police I was that scared. I bet if I were a man they would not have done that, losers. My neighbors actually showed me how they stuff everything in their bags and tear their bags but I never do that, I usually used two bags to be nice, my neighbors Think I'm crazy to use two bags, doesn't matter because I'm going with Sylvester's. This man treated me that way, he lost my business, hopefully others will follow. I even offered to go and give him another bag, horrible man....
